I would like to think that they did a good job. I think the attention to detail is not there. I assume everything was done that they said they did but the little things like putting a new sticker up in the top of the windshield with the next oil change and mileage was not done. So what else did they miss or not do? This is not the first time either and not the second time. First time they didn’t reset the oil gauge, second time they put to much oil and it was stalling out, had to go back and have them fix it, and this time no sticker. Like I said I hope everything was done and I wouldn’t even have to ask the question if just the little things got done. Thinking of going somewhere else to get my service done. Just want to make sure my warranty doesn’t get voided

Went in for an oil leak to be fixed under warranty. The mechanic did a very professional job. Fixed the leak and everything was nice and clean. Stevie did a great job keeping me updated and made sure I had transportation. Mine one complaint was it took two and a half weeks to do about a twenty hour job. I would think that if you have an assembly problem you would want to fix it as quickly as possible to keep the customer satisfied so they feel that you have their best interest in mind when these things happen. After all it was ultimately GM's error.

The actual service appeared to be fine, however after making a specific appointment per your system, I showed up and was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours because they were swamped. Not exactly a great customer service experience. The workers were very nice, but the time is unacceptable.

Was able to get the required work on the transmission, transfer case and front and rear differentials done in a reasonable time and they also checked several systems to see if they could determine why the systems had stopped working for about a month. No faults were found and I was told that if the systems stopped working in the future to bring it in so they could determine the cause. Will use this dealership for future work on my Yukon XL and Acadia.

The time it took to replace the driver’s side airbag was considerably less than I expected. When completed, she came and retrieved me and escorted me back to the area to pick up my car. Waited around three weeks to bring it in for service. The auto break was not working. Was told the car would be ready that afternoon. Finally was able to pick vehicle up the next afternoon. Immediately went home and tested it. Still didn’t work. Drove it back to service where I was told they would get right on it. I called the next day and was told the tech that worked on the car wouldn’t be available for two more days. Had to pick up the car because we were headed out of town. Was told to call and reschedule when we got back home

The driver's side safety belt would not engage. Took it to Hatchett as we were leaving for vacation in 2 days. There was only one available in Denver as the receptacle had to be replaced. They did overnight shipping and had it replaced in less than 24 hours. This allowed us take our vehicle safely on our vacation. Matt Kirchen was the one who assisted us and could not have been any nicer or professional. We were 100% satisfied.

I was happy with my salesman and felt I got a fair trade in offer. But I walked in told him to give me a price which I accepted. Still took me almost 4 hours to drive out. We were done signing papers and still took another 2 hours to prep a brand new truck that was already spotless. I would've rather done it myself than wait 2 hours for a car wash.

My appointment was for 8 AM on Friday morning. The service rep said the work would only take a couple of hours so I expected it to be finished around 10 AM or so. I called at 11:30 to check on the status of my vehicle and they said that they had not started on it yet. They in fact, started on a different vehicle before mine. What's the point of making a appointment if the service dept is not going to follow it? My vehicle finally got finished at 3 PM. I had two important meetings that I was supposed to attend but I could not because my vehicle we still being worked on. I gave two start because the work was done correctly.

My appointment was at 1pm, my wife dropped it off around 12:50 and let them know she was going to stay and wait, she was escorted to the waiting room. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. She was there until 3:45pm, apparently it was finished before that, but no one came to tell her it was finished. Also, my oil life was not reset on the truck.

Your service advisor was great. I paid almost $350 for a new battery. $40 labor was a part of the bill and I had to return the next day due a failure to complete the job. I am giving 5 stars only because the lady that worked with me during my service visit made it right with me before I left. I was at the service department for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and to switch out the wiper blades because the end pieces were broken...and I was waiting in the lobby. There is no reason that it should have taken that long, and she did apologize for the wait and let me know that she was adding notes to our account that my next service was to be on them, and she did also take care of the cost for the wiper blades. I appreciate that she handled the issue before she spoke with me to get me on my way.

I just came to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. I also told the service writer that my tire sensors were registering low pressure (31 lbs.). However, when I arrived home I discovered the pressure was still 31. The tech had even falsified the inspection report and indicated all four tires were 35 lbs. I assume they did not even check the tires. I hope the other inspection items were actually performed!

Brought vehicle in for oil change. Explained that air filter light was on but that my husband had changed at some point. Was told they would check and let me know if needed done. Discussed my appointment note regarding said RATTLE that has been ongoing in this vehicle for years, and the numerous times it’s been brought in for evaluation. This vehicle was bought in 2021 with having to drive to Hays at it was the only one available in the state of KS. This vehicle obviously came off the line without thorough inspection. The taillights weren’t installed correctly and loose screws were found in back hatch when fixing. The rattle on the front left of vehicle has been ongoing. My records document this. More than once Ibwaa told rattle not identified when driven please return if continues. At one point the door strip was replaced. Rattle persisted. This past summer the lower door panel Was replaced after multiple visits (part ordered, car dropped, part not painted, etc) I was happy to r/s and get fixed, though I then had to drive to Colorado and back with that annoying rattle the entire trip!! I simply wanted the rattle gone. When the part was ready I brought the vehicle in to get fixed. I was first told I’d have to pay out of pocket, then file reviewed and I was told “so sorry, this has been an ongoing problem well within your original 3 year warranty, of course we will take care of it.” I drove trying to convince myself it was a little better, only to finally accept it was the same if not worse. I’ve been taking care of my parents FT so opted to wait until my next oil change to address once again. At chemo in I was told oil change, air filter, and rattle would be evaluated. Upon pick up oil change was done and I was told the door panel only came with adhesive and if it needed glued or something else I’d need to go to a bodyshop. Seriously?!! Maybe door panel was never the rattle? Either way, the rattle is worse than ever and I’ve been asking for help for as long as I’ve owned this car. I left dealership not signing anything, saying I’d have to deal with another day as I had to care for my dad. Within minutes of driving away the air filter replacement notice was flashing and of course the rattle was rattling. The kindest thing I can say is I’m deeply disappointed.!I’ve owned a Denali GMC from this dealership since the early 2000’s. I’ve been a loyal customer. I came in a year after purchasing this car wanting to trade it saying I didn’t feel safe in it with all the loose screws. At the time no one could locate a new AWD for me. I was assured this vehicle was safe and anything loose on it would be fixed at no cost to me. My paperwork stated “no extended warranty.” Not true. I told them the last two times checking in that the extended warranty was purchased with the vehicle and all details are in the glovebox. However this issue WAY precedes my original warranty timeline. I just now have 32,000 miles on this car. The car looks brand new inside, drives great, but the rattle is beyond annoying, as is being told to go to a body shop. Not the way to keep a longtime customer.

When I said something about that I was told that there was a bunch of people just showing up to get their oil changes and they worked them in front of me. When I checked the oil life monitor it was not reset.

Absolutely loved our salesman, Travis. He was very accommodating with no pressure. Finance guy was great too. My only constructive criticism is for the detailing. Whatever they used to clean the inside of the windows made it almost impossible to see out, like they used armor all instead window cleaner. Had to clean my windows as soon as I got home because I could barely see out of them.

Adviser and techs, pleasant and successful. However, if additional services are needed or impending on maintenance schedules, PLEASE contact the customer. I was told that some filters and other services need to be given attention, buy only at check out. Not when the vehicle was actually in the service bay for the requested services. I often don't have the time, and most often the physical ability to perform certain mechanical repairs or actions. Just a heads up from a long ago former Service Manager and ASE guy. I bring our vehicles in now for almost ALL needs, would rather get then done at one time than multiple appointments.

Generally the experience with your people was good. My issue is with the process to get a rental car. Not only did it take a lot of extra time to be driven to Hertz and fill out all the details but I was also given a car that is not comparable to my vehicle being serviced in size or features. Not having a GMC loaner for me to borrow while my nearly $100k car is getting warranty work done is a sub par experience. Lastly when my windshield was replaced there was plenty of debris on my dashboard and the windshield was not clean. Smidges and suction cup marks had to be cleaned up.

The service was fine internally as far as I could tell, but externally, my truck was left with dirty hand prints, smudge marks, and black smears. I had just freshly washed my "white" truck, and recleaning this mess in the 20 degree weather did not make me very happy.

I had to bring my car in earlier than my appointment time in order to get to work. I was greeted immediately and told it was no problem. When I returned after work my car was ready to go. The work that was done was reviewed and explained. Since it was too cold to wash my car in the morning, a car wash was offered. My experience was very good customer service, but I came in because of a thumping sign possibly coming from my front left tire. Your employee recommended a tire balance and rotation. So that’s what got done. Driving off the lot, it immediately started pulling to the right and the thumping was still there. So coming to your service department made the problem worse. I was totally pleased with the support provided by Emily, my service representative. And I think the techs did a great job actually servicing my vehicle. They were all excellent. However, I am very concerned with dealership because I feel I was either seriously deceived or grossly uninformed about the coverage provided by the $3000 “ lifetime warranty” I purchased. Multiple times I was told “ everything is covered”! And it was not until I brought my car in to repair an exhaust problem that I was provided a detailed document showing that was not the case. I am paperwork obsessed so I know that I was in possession of every piece of paper I was given on the day I took possession of the car. That document was never given to me. So my feedback is that Emily and the mechanics did an excellent job but the dealership and the finance manager who sold me the car get a serious failing grade…very disappointing.

I was told when I dropped off the vehicle that it would be a 1-1.5 hour wait for an oil change, so I chose to set up my computer and work in the waiting room. After 2 hours of waiting, I noticed that many other customers were getting updates from their advisors on the progress of their car, and some even showed up after me, and left before me. At that point, I called and left a message with the service desk (because I didn't want to leave my computer and belongings sitting there to walk away to ask). About 15 minutes later, a woman came out to tell me that my advisor (Easton) was on his lunch break. At this point, it had been 2.5 hours of waiting, with no update from him. At the 3 hour mark, he finally came out to tell me my car was done. THREE HOURS with no updates, and double the amount of time I had been told. To sit there for that long with no update is VERY frustrating, not to mention I had a sick 11 year old at home waiting for me to return. Had I known it was going to be a 3 hour wait up front, it would have been a different story. But being that this was my first experience with Hatchett and having to wait that long with no communication from the service department was extremely frustrating - with no apology or anything. Do better, Hatchett. Do better.

First of all I would like to say that Matt I believe is his name did a great job trying to get everything that is wrong with the yukon on the other hand we bought a warranty and it only covered 1 thing GMC sold us this yukon with the A/C not working and the back window leaking every time it rains or goes thru a car was. So very very disappointed for it sold this way and for GMC and the warranty wouldn't cover the problems. I love my GMC truck so we bought our daughter a GMC but with this I'm thinking back to a Chevy or even a Ford. So I am very very upset for spending the extra money for a warranty and for GMC Hatchett/ Buick for not stepping in to help cover the items. So people need to check everything before buying a GMC from that place cause they will sell you anything just to get it off there lot.

But how every the tech that changed the oil and trans fluid on the car let oil drain on to the lower splash guard. When driven the oil covered the bottom of the car. Also oil was spiled on the upper engine covers that had to be cleaned. The lower cover should have been removed and cleaned.

I have always had positive experiences at Hatchett. I feel they’ve got the best interests of my car, and me, in mind whenever I need service. Matt Kerschen seems to know my car better than I do, and that says a lot. He recommends services I wouldn’t usually think about, because my car runs and performs on an excellent level, but I sometimes forget that it runs so well due to the services and maintenance items he recommends.
